Bump-in

A bump-in is a planned encouter between a potential adoptive parent, and a matched little one. They generally happen "in the community", at places such as a local park, or play centre, somewhere that the child(ren) are familiar with. They act as an opportunity for potential adoptive parents to spend time with the little one ahead of transitions.
